The Appraisal Process

A residential real estate appraisal report is an independent, unbiased, third party opinion that provides an official estimate on the market value of a residential property from an accredited professional. Our appraisers will determine the fair market value of your property and offer sellers an accurate price of what a home could sell for on the open market.
For the property owner this requires a short external and internal inspection of the property where the appraiser will take pictures and measurements of the property.
